This notice explains how Life Line Africa handles information provided through this website. The organization is a registered non-profit in Tanzania Mainland, registration reference NGO/R/3965, with its registered office at P.O. Box 8760, Bomang'ombe, Hai, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania.

The enquiry forms on this website ask for a name, an optional organization, an email address, an optional telephone number, an interest area or subject, and a message. These details are requested only so that the organization can respond to your enquiry.

At present the forms validate your details in your own browser and no message is transmitted or stored. Where a form appears to submit, the site tells you clearly that nothing has been sent and asks you to contact the organization by email or telephone instead. When form delivery is connected, this notice will be updated to describe where submissions are sent and how long they are kept.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you, to discuss partnership, volunteering or programme participation, and to keep a record of the correspondence. They are not sold, rented or used for advertising.

This website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If measurement is added in future, the organization will state what is collected, ask for consent where required, and provide a way to decline before any non-essential cookie is set.

The website is intended for adults — parents, caregivers, professionals, partners and supporters. Information about identifiable children is not requested through this site. Programme records involving children are handled under the organization's safeguarding commitments rather than through this website.
