Impact & learning
What we measure, and what we will not claim
Life Line Africa values measurable outcomes, community feedback and transparent reporting. This page will hold reports and verified data as programmes are documented.
Our approach
How we document our work
Measurable outcomes
Each programme is planned with clear goals so that change can be described in terms that communities recognise, not only in activity counts.
Community feedback
Parents, caregivers, youth and community leaders are asked what worked, what did not and what should change. Their feedback shapes the next cycle of work.
Transparent reporting
Findings are reported honestly, including where results fall short. Confidentiality is maintained and no child or family is identified without consent.
Learning over promotion
Documentation exists to improve practice first. We publish figures only once they have been collected and verified through programme records.
Reports and data
Publication is pending documentation
Rather than estimate figures, we keep these sections clearly empty until the organization has verified records to publish.
Annual reports
Annual reporting documents will be published here once prepared and approved by the organization.
Programme briefs
Short briefs describing each programme's design, activities and findings will be added as programmes are documented.
Verified impact data
Numbers of participants, sessions and outcomes will appear only when they are drawn from programme records.
Organization profile
The Life Line Africa organization profile sets out the vision, mission, values and programme areas in a single document. The download below is reserved for that file.
Requesting information
Donors, development partners and government stakeholders can request organizational documents, registration evidence or programme information directly from the team. We would rather answer a specific question accurately than publish an approximate summary.
